Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Planet Sports may also offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates from time to time.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking information may take several days to become active or show its first update, particularly for international shipments.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not always appear in real time.

International Shipping

Planet Sports ships products internationally to eligible destinations.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, processing delays, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment where permitted by applicable law.

Delivery Delays

Although our estimated delivery time is 10–20 days after dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

A delay does not automatically mean that a package has been lost.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it may be held for collection, scheduled for another delivery attempt, or returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and following any instructions provided by the carrier.

Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be shipped again due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, subject to applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@planetsportuk.shop.

Please provide your order number and any relevant information. For damaged products, we may request photographs or videos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and determine the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Digital products may be delivered through email, download links, customer accounts, activation codes, or another electronic delivery method.

The 10–20 day shipping estimate does not apply to digital products.
